Part time MOA or receptionist needed for busy multi-disciplinary office

Hours are: Monday/Wednesday Evenings and Friday & some Saturdays. 

Must be available for additional vacation coverage of office staff. 

May 3 - 25, 2024 - must be available full time hours for vacation coverage.

You will be a front-line presence for the clinic when working.  Clients must feel warmly welcomed while maintaining professional communication while multi-tasking in the office. You will be fully trained on the day-to-day operations of the office.  You will be responsible for multiple tasks including tidying & cleaning the office on evenings/Saturdays.

Qualifications:

  • MOA course an asset but not necessary.

  • Experience working in a medical or wellness office.

  • Candidate must have knowledge of pregnancy care.

  • Jane and/or Oscar EMR experience an asset but not necessary.

  • Must be a team player, be able to problem solve, be able to multitask with excellent communication and organizational skills. 

  • Must be available to work the hours indicated above.

Wage is depending on experience. This is a permanent part time position and we are looking to hire someone that will be with us long term.
